Why don’t I post more about what I’m eating?
My habits and goals are completely different from yours. 🤷🏽♀️ I have never wanted to make anyone follow the same regimine I do or eat the same things I do.
No matter what your goals are, I want you to enjoy your food and feel confident in your choices.
It’s my goal to help you structure a plan that you will enjoy following. The more enjoyable it is for you, the more likely you are to succeed in achieving your goal.
It’s a short answer, but it really comes down to my focus being on you and your ambitions.
